Most of our clients benefit from the Complete Productivity Program, but it is possible to only need help with one or more components.  This program covers all of the major personal productivity issues.

How We Deliver

We have 2 different delivery methods for our services: "hands-on" and "remote learning".  What this means is that we can work with you one-on-one if you happen to be in our geographical area or we can work "remotely" or "virtually" using Internet technologies.  Believe it or not, the results are the same.  We have even worked with local clients using the Internet in an effort to be more eco-friendly.  When we work with clients remotely, it really makes us a "green' business.

For anyone in the central California area, our "hands on" consulting can be delivered from Santa Cruz as far north as San Francisco, as far south as Carmel, as far east as Silicon Valley and north again to the East Bay.

For everyone outside of our geographic area, we can work with you using the following Internet technologies.  We vary the tools used based on your needs.

How to Get Started

  1. We always start with an Initial Consultation or Personal Productivity Assessment™.  There is no cost for this initial phone consultation and we use this time to explore the possibility of working together.  We learn about your particular problems or issues and we can give you more information on our products and services.
  2. Then we give you a proposal outlining what we think it will take for you to reach your organizing and productivity goals.
  3. If we think it is a good fit, then we schedule the appropriate appointments to work together.
