You can invite an unlimited number of guests to collaborate in your workspace.  You control their access and permissions for adding, deleting, and editing pages in the workspace.  Inviting guests is quick and easy to do.

Collaborative Page Editing
Let multiple people collaborate on the same page. No need to send documents around and wait for comments -- your pages and documents can be centralized on the workspace for as many editors as you grant access to.

Document Management and File Sharing
Built in document management features allow you to share documents, spreadsheets, Powerpoints, or any kind of document imaginable -- right on your workspace. You can upload multiple files and manage them in bulk.  Add files to folders and automatically store file revisions.

Complete History and Audit Trail
A complete audit trail keeps track of every change made to your workspace. See who changed what. Reverse any change with a couple clicks. Your iPEP Project allows you to maintain full accountability of your users.

Project Management Features
You can set up project milestones and assign them to a collaborators in the workspace.  Tasks can be assigned within each milestone and you can keep track of them all from your dashboard.  You can manage all of these projects from one tool and see them on one screen.
