Creating a Productive Environment™

Increasing productivity begins with the environment that surrounds you while you work.  This is the very first step and in some ways the most critical component to really working more efficiently.  Since most of us spend the majority of our day at work, it is important that the environment is set up to support us.  If you are working in a disorganized work space, you probably know the stress and anxiety that comes from being constantly reminded that you need to get organized.  When you work from a home office, the anxiety is even worse since you can never escape it.  A work space does have to always be the traditional office.  The modern work place is constantly changing.  The new opportunities to telecommute or telework create their own unique set of productivity issues.
